Dr Peter Dobie, M.B.,B.S. studied medicine at the University of Tasmania and has had a 30 year career in general practice. He spent several years doing locums in rural NSW and has had considerable experience in emergency medicine.He has a particular interest in complex and chronic illness, integrative medicine, nutritional medicine, men’s health, anti-ageing medicine, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), thyroid disorders, bio-identical hormone therapy, intravenous vitamin therapy, allergy testing and treatment, mould (biotoxin) illness, chelation therapy and Lyme disease.
Anti-ageing medicine is a new field in medicine with a focus on maintaining youthful vigour and vitality as people grow older, and preventing or slowing the onset of degenerative diseases.
Dr Dobie is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and the Australian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA).
