Sydney Doctors is a private billing practice. Medicare-eligible patients can claim a rebate on the day, reducing out-of-pocket costs. Our reception team can provide fee information before your appointment.

We work with corporate clients across Sydney CBD. If your employer has a billing arrangement with us, our reception team can assist with the details
Overseas & International Patients

Payment Methods
We accept credit card, debit card, and EFTPOS. Medicare rebates can be processed on the day for eligible patients with a valid Medicare card.

Yes. If you arrive without an appointment you’ll be advised when the next free appointment is and how long you’ll have to wait.

Can I choose a male or female doctor?
Yes, we have both male and female GPs available so if you have a preference please let us know and we’ll do our best to book you an appointment with the doctor of your choice.
How do I cancel my appointment?
If you’re unable to make your appointment or would like to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible 02 9233 3399.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, but if you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment you may have to pay one. In this instance our reception team will do everything they can to help and work to find another patient to take your slot. Then, providing the appointment can be filled, you will not be charged.
Do you provide referrals to specialists?
Yes. If a specialist referral is needed, your GP will explain why, discuss specific local specialist doctors and send any relevant referral documents to the specialist’s clinic — so you’re not starting from scratch when you arrive.
Do you have on-site pathology?
Yes. Our Sydney CBD clinic has on-site pathology, meaning your GP can arrange blood tests and investigations the same day. Results will be sent directly back to your doctor at the same practice.
Do you care for overseas and international patients?
Yes. Sydney Doctors regularly cares for expats, international students and visitors. If you hold overseas health insurance or are covered under a reciprocal healthcare agreement, contact the clinic ahead of your appointment and we’ll advise on what applies to your situation.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
