Payment, Charges, and Rebates Guidelines

We are a Private billing clinic. Where possible we will orangise the Medicare rebate on the spot for you.

Service fees are annually reviewed and may increase every 1st of July.
If you’re eligible to receive Medicare benefits, we’ll ask you to pay the full amount in advance and refund your rebate on the spot back into your bank account or savings card.
The cost of laboratory tests (swabs, biopsy, pap smears, blood tests) are not billed through the clinic. Medicare or private health insurance covers most tests.
If you do not have Medicare, you will have out of pocket tests for all laboratory tests (swabs, biopsy, pap smears, blood tests). These are billed through the Labs. Private health or travel insurance covers most tests.
The cost of vaccines and any other third-party costs that are not under our control may increase at any time and without notice.
All prices include GST.
If you’re a corporate client, you must organise authorisation for payment prior to your appointment. Any costs not covered by your company will be charged to you individually.

Appointment Costs

The cost of your appointment will depend on the amount of time spent with the doctor. If the time required to discuss your medical issues is longer than a standard appointment a long consult will be charged.

Psychologists

Please note: if referred by a GP under a Chronic Disease Management care plan, eligible patients may be entitled to 5 visits and receive a Medicare rebate of $52.95 per session x 5.

If you would like to claim rebates for Allied Health Services please present your physical private health insurance card to the front desk at the time of payment.

Please be advised that we take no responsibility for your health fund rebates. Any issues must be taken up directly with your health fund.

Full transfer starts at $45 + GST the records will be faxed or copied and sent by registered post.

Please note a “Patient Health Summary” request has no administration fee.
